The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, with huge television and amazing views from the bedroom and balcony. Wow Stays' communication has been excellent, making pre-check-in, check-in and check-out a breeze. The staff at the reception, based in the South Tower, were also helpful answering the questions I had. Having access to a communal swimming pool, sauna, gym, arcade and theatre room were a bonus. The property does have some signs of wear 'n' tear, but nothing that spoiled my enjoyment. There are plenty of dining options in the vacinity, whilst having easy access to two large grocery stores nearby means those on a budget may prefer to cook in the apartment's fully-equipped kitchen instead. Location-wise, there is a G: Link tram stop at the eastern-end of the block. The beach is around 6-8 minute walk, not far at all. Would I stay at Circle on Cavill again? Absolutely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. Excellent location, centrally located close to supermarket, restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. Short walk to the beach. Great Location & Views – A Few Small Improvements Needed We had a great stay at Circle on Cavill - Wow Stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, with stunning views of both the ocean and the river. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Surfers Paradise with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. We checked in after hours and found the instructions a bit confusing – it took us a while to work out where to go and how to access everything. Also, the pillows were all very thin and uncomfortable – definitely in need of replacing. It would have been helpful to have a few basic items provided too, like spare rubbish bags, dishwashing tablets, and kitchen spray, just to get us through the first few days. Overall, a good place to stay!

The apartment was spacious and in a great location however, We specifically selected an ocean view apartment and We had expectations of a great ocean view coming in as we had stayed in a high level apartment in Circle on Cavill a few years earlier. What we were expecting was an ocean view however I would argue that what we got is false advertising as we were given an apartment on floor 11 and the main view we had was of the Hilton, the sands and Soul apartments with small gaps of ocean view between them. This was extremely disappointing as we had an amazing ocean view on a previous stay as we were in apartment much higher up. On the opposite side of the apartment the view of the narang river and surrounds was lovely but it is not what we selected when booking. We specifically selected Ocean view.

We had both views of the ocean & narang river Would’ve been nice if we stayed at a high level though. We booked ocean view apartment but stayed at level 11th. Also the apartment needs upgraded dishes, frying pan, easy vaccum cleaner, fan in toilet in main suit wasn’t working so no air circulation. The dishwasher stunk badly , the filter in the dishwasher needed a clean. Otherwise pleasant stay 😊

Property location was good. Night life tend to be wild around this area si if you have younger kids may be take a longer detour, but it is safe to a degree. The apartment was night , got everything just a bit tired and few things wasnt working. Nothing against the cuatomer service, its the nature of the apartments that if you dont notify the owner nothing will be done and unfortunately its at thr owner discretion to fix things. Otherwise it was good for our family
