"Excellent hotel for families. We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or catch the tram to surfers paradise. The rooms were great, a little worn, but comfortable and the aircon works great. You spend hardly any time in your room anyway. I would recommend spending as much time at the hotel as you can as the kids will get a lot out of the facilities, the activities and the opportunity to make friends."

"Room service was poor not many amenities , No restaurants service in the evening, no toiletries provided it. no lifts from the parking and very old building . Only best think about the hotel is Location and Ocean View."

"The hotel room was beautiful, with lovely views of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was amazing, serving wonderful produce and coffees. The pool area was very relaxing, it was so nice ordering food and drink from our pool recliners. A great place to stay. We have been here twice vefore and return in the future."
