"We loved that the property was close to town but very quiet. There’s a wonderful view of the mountains from the second floor wrap around porch. It’s a quaint establishment with some history. We enjoyed two outstanding breakfasts. Paul is a gracious, friendly and knowledgeable host. "

"All in all it was a great property just needs a bit of fine tuning. It needs a few more amenities. For example: A few more bath towels. If cook in, large salad bowl, serving pieces, large pots and pans, wine glasses with stems, candles in case power goes out (of which it did). There are some maintenance issues that have been reported. Additional items in maintenance are the sockets in bathrooms need alignment as the plate and socket are flush therefore hairdryer plugs don’t stay in.On these things and it would be excellent."

"A great place to stay. House feels like it’s in the middle of the woods but it easy to get to. We used the outside as much as the inside with fire pit and huge deck with dining table. Kitchen was full of everything we needed to make dinner for four. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Everything was really comfortable and cozy. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay!"
"The property is great and so cute! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It is a hike to get up there and the road is small, so make sure you are in a car good for that. We loved it and plan to stay there again."
