My group loved the home! Incredible views and lush landscape. The perfect size and location for 4 day milestone bday celebration with adult friends craving fresh air. A chef was hired for 6 meals over 3 days. From an entertaining perspective, this home was perfect for hosting a group under 20 who desire space plus areas for people to spread out and spend time alone or together. The chef experience was smooth start to finish. Food prep and service went better than expected, from cold food storage, having space off kitchen for additional equipment to set aside, higher end appliances, and space to move for multiple staff members. Plenty of space for multiple vendors and various setups at once (DJ, band, entertainer, bars dancing, etc) without over crowding anyone. I loved the abundance of space indoors, covered, and in open areas. From an overnight perspective, home is a combination of rustic, medieval, ranch or mountain vibe. No one style. Almost as if different floors decorated or enhanced by multiple individuals with different tastes, and inconsistent theme. Not bad, just noticeably different. Somehow it works given the mountain and views. The home is in serious need of minor updates indoor and outdoor. Not deal breakers, but would improve comfort (carpet spaces (minimal), outdoor cushions, bedding, decor and sleep pillows). Hot tub large and very clean. Aged pool needs renovating, paver space around is fine. Austin is great and accommodating. We’d go back with 10 people.
