"This tiny house was great for our 4 night stay in Franklin. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed and sofa were comfortable. We enjoyed having our dinner on the deck watching birds in the beautiful quiet neighborhood. I’m not sure I understand why the cleaning fee was 100 when we had to strip the beds, put dirty towels in the shower and dispose of our own trash. We left just before 8:00am on Sunday and the dumpster area recommended was closed. We are having to drive back to FL with our trash in the car. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay."

She went above and beyond to accommodate our changing dates during our move to our new home, which made the entire process so much less stressful. "Some of the remotes were dead for the tvs, and there was cobwebs on the pool tables. Other than that it was a very beautiful home with an amazing view. If you haven’t drove up a mountain then just beware of the drive it’s a little scary but soo worth it! Overall it was a great experience will definitely book next year. "
