Slow check in. Room I got assigned initially was already occupied which created an embarrassing encounter. Ordering room service was like ordering takeout…..not what I would expect at a Conrad.

Stayed at the Encore for my birthday. They put me in a beautiful room on the top floor(nominally 63). All the staff were attentive and helpful. I can definitely recommend the Wynn/Encore to everyone.

Don't expect it to be the same as it was if you've been previously. It's now only 21+ club. Wouldn't recommend Flamingo for families in the summer as the pool is far too small..
