Located on stately Mountain Avenue and four blocks from College Avenue, this beautifully appointed studio apartment features an open floor plan with custom cherry cabinetry, granite, travertine and ceramic tile, queen size memory foam bed with reading lights, oversize custom-built shower with rainhead, Smart TV for your streaming devices, WiFi, and all kitchen appliances (half-fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder) and utensils.

It's an easy walk to vibrant Old Town restaurants, bars, craft breweries, specialty shops, farmers' markets and bus transportation. We are less than a mile to CSU, Poudre River, New Belgium Brewery, Lyric Cinema Cafe, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, and Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. Your accommodations include shared laundry room access with ironing board and iron, clothes closet, and under-bed space for stashing all that outdoor gear! There's an outdoor patio with privacy wall, ample seating, and table on a huge backyard lot. Cruiser bikes and combo lock are available upon request when booking for exploring this bike-friendly city. Landscaping and outdoor upgrades are in progress.

Marathon Weekend

Stayed here for the colorado state marathon! It could not have been in a better location and was within a close walk for the bus pickup and finish area. Room was clean and had everything I would need.

Great location to stay. Quiet and comfortable. If you want to use the bikes, I suggest that you indicate that to the host, so they may clean them up and insure the tires are full.

Just The Two Of Us

We really enjoyed staying here. We had all we needed and the location was close for walking to Old Town, the library, restaurants. CSU is close by as well. I brought my own bike along and the area is ideal for biking wherever I chose to go. We’d stay here again without question.

Lovely little studio for 1-2 adults

I was pleased with my stay; very close to old downtown Fort Collins. Tastefully decorated, very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with ample parking on street. Entrance is around back of home with a patio set where I could sit and enjoy the weather and birds. I would recommend this property.

A great stay in a great location in Fort Collins! The studio is exactly as described and served as a great home base while we visited for the weekend. The perfect size if you're looking to get out and about in Fort Collins - would advise something larger if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors during your stay. S/O to the owners for their prompt responses and for allowing us to check in early!

Great location

The location was great and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. Our dog enjoyed playing with the other dog that lived onsite. The bed was very comfortable. If you're short like I am, the higher counter tops are a bit difficult, but manageable for a few days. I definitely would stay there again.

The unit was nicely equipped for our stay. The bed is very comfortable. It would have been an easy walk to downtown, but the weather was gross. Would highly recommended to anyone!

Beautiful spot

We stayed for two nights for a couple of shows and it was perfect. Great location! We just walked most places..brought our dogs and they had a nice backyard to run around in. It’s small but honestly it’s cuter in person than the pictures and it’s nicer than just getting a hotel room. Would definitely stay again!
