"I was very skeptical to stay here after reading all of the negative reviews, but we had a great stay. There were a few small things like some stains on the wall but sheets and towels were clean, and the view from our balcony was perfect which was the whole reason I booked there in the first place ! Did not get a chance to use the pool/hot tub but it seemed to be popular so it must have been nice and hot ! Not my go to spot to stay in Lincoln City but for a last minute trip with view we had a great time ! "

"From the front desk and tell the front desk when I left nothing but complications, room troubles, cleanliness, broken objects in room, all kinds of terrible bad. Attitude with front desk lady. As far as the view goes wonderful view, love, stay there again. However, probably will not because I got a terrible sleep. Noisy room defriger, hum like a son of a gun and the the phone did not work in the room. It beeped a buzzy signal all night long until I figured out. That's what it was, and I'm plugged it from the wall. And in the breakfast lounge, there was hardy any customer service at all.Lauren, everything that was in there.If not out including milk and then s s d for breakfast and one other thing as far as parking goes, parking's not secure, the keys did not continually work when you would get locked out.You have to go all the way around to the front, to get in to get a new key to get back into your room or to the building.Not very nice day.I had won't be staying there again for sure, but the view man, the view rocks and there are rad people.Just for having that, but they should really take care of it"

"The breakfast menu is meager, they served canned sausage gravy and biscuits every day and scrambled eggs. There was some yogurt and fruit cups but the fruit cups weren’t there every day and there was no fresh fruit or pastries. The parking was convenient and safe and was free. The pool was broken 1/2 our stay but was running the second part, the pool room needs upgrading and has peeling paint on the walls, the sauna looks to be permanently broken. The pool towels were used quickly annd not replaced, so we didn’t have any to use. Our room was clean, but there was popcorn spilt on the stairs that was there for 4 days. Overall the place just seems like the owners are either struggling to make ends meet or are cheap when it comes to upgrades. The staff is nice and accommodating. "

"This place was amazing. From the fantastic staff to the lovely updated rooms, the sweet balconies and great fire pits, this place is an absolute pleasure to stay at. Beach access was easily accessible also. We'll definitely be back!"

"Gorgeous setting. Plenty of parking. Very clean rooms and sweet staff. Every table in the restaurant had a stunning view of the ocean. Delicious meals. Short walk to the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. However, the walls are thin and seeing how it was Spring Break, there were a lot of kids, some unruly and noisy. But overall, a really nice place in a beautiful location."
