"Positives: Hotel is rustic but very homey-feeling. Friendly and very helpful staff, answering many questions about navigating Yosemite as well as getting around the hotel complex; very comfortable bed; nice large bathroom counter (space for two peoples' toiletries); room had chest of drawers for stashing clothes (many don't); basic grocery area where we bought our breakfast items (cereal, milk, muffins, etc.); gift shop; two hot tubs which husband enjoyed; room had nice balcony for resting and enjoying the weather; restaurant and grill meals were "good." Promptly delivered fresh towels when requested. Hotel has several pools, a fitness center and a convenient YARTS bus stop, none of which we used but good amenities to have. Nice picnic and walking areas along the Merced River. As conveniently located as you can get outside of Yosemite Park itself, if not staying in the park; it takes about 15 minutes' drive to get to the Park entrance. Negatives: Breakfast was too expensive for us at $24 per person (we don't eat that much) so we bought cereal from the grocery shop; $5 cup of coffee in the lobby did not taste that good; in-room coffee was not good either. Yes, I would stay here again, if I was not staying inside the Park."

"Awesome! Only thing was the hot water wasn’t working so the shower was an eye opener, but maintenance said they would have taken care of it right away. Only stayed for a day so didn’t matter too much either way or it would have been a 5 star stay. Would stay again."

"Communication was great to start off with. The property was amazing!! Hikes were all within 35 minutes of the house. After a long day of hiking, the hot tub was awesome! Also the beds were so very comfortable!!!We would highly recommend this house for a Yosemite visit."

"A mix of temps and skies, we got to enjoy the last days of summer swimming in the river, beautiful hikes, and communal dinners outside on the deck at the huge table. Enjoyed the raven pair and the piano too! A lovely stay with friends and family. Thank you!"
