"The IKEA furnished hotel. All modular and undersized and “efficient “, very little shelf areas, no place to set things, the bathroom is undersized and does not fit a 6 foot tall person. Staff was friendly, breakfast great. Good location."

"The location was great. Rooms were very dated, with cracked stained porcelain and stained towels."

"The property was unfortunately not as advertised and the photos felt very misleading. While the bedding, kitchen and bathroom were clean, overall the place felt quite tired and in need of an upgrade. The walls, carpets and couches all needed a proper clean and there were no base covers on the bed. Which are usually a norm in most homes, so expected in a letting. There were also several maintenance issues including a broken stair rail and a shower that only worked as a handheld attachment. Outside, the ashtray was overflowing, the garden was overgrown so we couldn’t use the outdoor space, and the front hedge looked very untidy. The Wi-Fi advertised was not correct and was an unsafe connection so we could not use it. The tea and coffee selection was also nothing like what was shown in the photos. That said, there were a few thoughtful touches such as bottled water, Irn Bru and crisps being provided. Overall, it was an okay stay for a short visit, but the property did not match the standard presented in the listing."

"This hotel is easy to get to via the airport bus. We took the bus and a quick walk. (Great for value seekers). The hotel is super conveniently located. It was very easy to get around the city. It’s super close for walking and has many bus terminals nearby if needed. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check our bags in early (we had a morning flight - so dropped them and headed out to the museum). We also were able to check in a bit early and get a solid nap before heading back out for the day. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and quiet. There’s a pool (open 7:00-22:00) which is warm and clean and happened to conveniently be on our floor. The bed was comfortable- especially the pillows. There’s a safe and a mini fridge and a kettle. And I loved the bathroom - huge shower and a very helpful large shelf for all your bathroom supplies to sit. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."

"Great location and a really nice welcome from staff. However, very slow service at the bar when there was only a few people in dining area. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were flat so we slept poorly. We were in a room facing another building so no view and next to the main AC generator so the noise was loud and constant. Other than this, the breakfast was really good with a wide selection but I don’t think we will return."

"Great location and close to station. Staff were lovely and offered Prosecco on arrival. Breakfast plenty of choice just hate machines for drinks, prefer the personal touch being older! Only issue was the bed being too firm which caused backache but only stayed one night."

"Plug socket sparked and started crackling so took phone of charge. Tried to turn shower on and electrics tripped and hasn’t worked since 23.00. Main light works so assuming it’s not connected to the rooms electrics since: Tv, kettle, chargers, lamps, shower and extension leads won’t work at all. Showers won’t work and no hot water. Reception man said there was fire day before so getting things back and running. Didn’t find out until we checked in and no prior messages or emails indicating this. Absolutely horrendous time here."

"Beware! Spend a bit more and forget about this dump. This is a poorly maintained, filthy ghost house where nothing works. The walls if my room were so thin that I could make out the conversation my neighbors were having. I had to wrong the doorbell fir 19 minutes before the host showed up and I never saw her again. The entrance was filthy with carpet stains all over the floors. Avoid it !!"
