With the continuation of COVID-19  travelling now comes with greater challenges. Read through these valuable tips before boarding your plane to Gili Islands:

• Find out if any travel restrictions apply to your origin and destination before locking in a flight. Also check if there are any special conditions you'll need to follow on arrival, such as undergoing health assessments.
• You're required to wear a face mask throughout your travel experience, even at screening checkpoints. Be ready to adjust your mask to verify your identity when asked by a TSA officer.
• Rather than handing a TSA employee your boarding pass, position it directly on the reader yourself. When that's done, hold it up for inspection.
• You're allowed to take one container of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz (350 ml) in your hand luggage. This will need to be taken out for screening.
• Place any personal items (e.g, keys, phone and coins) in your carry-on instead of a bin to reduce handling during the screening process.
• Transport any food items in a clear plastic bag and also put them in a screening bin. Separating food from your carry-on means it's less likely a TSA employee will need to touch and open your bag for inspection.
