An amazing couples’ experience at Tugu Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Tugu Hotel in Lombok. The room was superb, very comfortable and beautifully designed. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water, creating a truly paradise-like setting. We had a great time at Tugu. It is a romantic, serene place that I felt so far away from bustling Bali. Special thanks to Ardian, who always was so prompt and efficient whenever I asked something, to Made the chef, who patiently taught us in the cooking class, and for the last but not the least to the kithcen staff whom I forget to ask name, who served us the most perfect candle lit dinner on the beach that we 've ever had. Thank you!

Short stay at the Tugu

Beautiful hotel, grounds, beach and location a very relaxing stay. There for 5 nights which was enough for us as there was not a lot local other than the hotel facilities. Boat trips to the Gili islands where fantastic. Hired the hotels boat for the day. Great value and service during the day.

An oasis of peace and tranquility

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too difficult. The hotel is set on beachfront property that is spacious and quiet. The rooms are extremely generous and the attention to detail is high. There is plenty of coral and fish to see just offshore and high tea at 4pm on the beach was a great way to finish a swim. Highly recommend

Stunning. The beach, the rooms, the service, the food. All of it, had the best most relaxing time. Felt authentic and traditional but fresh and modern at the same time. In a very quiet location but really felt no need to leave the resort. The cocktails were great and afternoon tea was a lovely touch.

Amazing service

Amazing resort that is located over a large area so you really have a lot of space to relax in. The beach is lovely and the hotel has a cool eclectic feel to it with all the Indonesian artwork that is dotted around. However the best part of this hotel is the service. Very friendly and helpful. As others point out even if you are only there for a few days the staff know all the clients names. Quite impressive. If you are looking for somewhere to relax (for us it was a few days after climbing Mount Rinjani) then this hotel is very good value for money.

We just checked out few hours ago and moved to Gili Meno after a wonderful week in Tugu Lombok.We stayed at Ampenang Bungalow N.7 which was enormous,tastefully decorated,comfortable and well appointed.Two air conditioner,super king size bed,etc.The hotel grounds are like a big tropical park with trees and flowers,very well kept and complemented with numerous local pieces of arts and details everywhere.Two huge pools,one better than another .The beach is just perfect,good snorkeling few steps away,specially in front of the second pool.The ambiance is calm an relaxed. Every member of the staff made us feel very welcomed,specially at the restaurant where we found a high standard food and well priced.My wife refers to had a good massage at the spa.We had some minor problems with the hot water that were addressed promptly,also the prayer calls at the next door villa were sometimes very loud but In resume it was a memorable stay,highly recommended.

This was the last stop on the inaugural All Blue Swim Tour, and it couldn't have gone better. Everyone was blown away by the spacious, comfortable rooms, the incredible attention to detail, the grounds and the friendliness of the staff. There is safe swimming with beautiful coral off the sandy beach and places to do yoga if you wish. We could not have had a better time and the BBQ on the beach was a special moment. THANK YOU!!!! We will be back next year.

Perfection of a place

What an incredible place. From the moment we walked in, we were in love with it. The position is super- quiet and remote but not too far away from life:) The food was all wonderful. Breakfast can be served on the beach too and everything is delicious. We never ate lunches as we were still full from bfast, but then there was always afternoon tea in the garden at the beach for all guests. Dinner can be in the room/reataurant or on the beach. Just wonderful. The beach is clean, calm and tropical. Great snorkeling just off the beach area and also super easy access to the Gillis for a morning or day trip. The facilities are all in perfect condition and the staff are so attentive and friendly. It was a dream to stay there. It’s luxury but also a bit understated in a beautiful way. Its really so special and I highly recommend it.
