"The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only...

"If you're traveling solo and are the type who prefers to be out and about and needs a room just to have a place to sleep, then this hotel is for you. It's not pretty from the outside, but at 1/3 the price of every other hotel around, it's an excellent deal. You get a clean room and a bed with clean sheets. The floor has a clean carpet. The AC is cold. The shower has hot water with good water pressure. You get a desk with two outlets for your laptop and phone if you need to work. The motel is centrally located and Otenanta is a hip town with good cafés nearby. It even has a YMCA if you need a gym. And you get two complementary cups of coffee in your room. The internet is slow, but that for me is not a problem because I get good data service from a wireless carrier and a wi-fi hotspot from my phone. Cheers."

"It takes about 21 minutes to get to Dreams Park. Very secluded and clean. We don't have pets but we could imagine it is good for that. Very spacious and open. Very easy check in and 0 issues for our week."

"The property was the perfect location for a family visit to Cooperstown All star village. Communication with the host was excellent. Only thing to consider is if you have anyone with mobility issues. The stairs inside and the approach to the house can be difficult if you struggle with stairs or incline. Overall, we had a great stay."

"This is the second time we have stayed in the house. The location and layout are amazing. We were there for all star village and it is only 5 minutes away from the fields, which was helpful to go back and forth and not feel tied to stay at the fields.The pool size is amazing and great for the kids. If it rains, you can have fun inside at the pool. Unfortunately our stay had no heat in the pool and hot tub did not work.The place is old and has the same set up from three years ago. General areas are set up well but basement and office had really high temperatures because of air flow. A few of the rooms had odor from the bathrooms and some of the beds are pretty old. A fix up would be great to make this place as good as its location and set up.The deck and back yard is a great space. Cookouts or smores with the fire pit can be done at night.Owner was responsive and helpful. The place is just old and has character so had to deal with it throughout the stay."
