Matt and his family were absolutely amazing hosts. The BNB is an easy drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village. Room was great and the breakfast and company were even better. Highly recommend!!

The location was a good location for us to spend the night in the Cooperstown area. The outside of the property is not exactly as pictured right now. I hope it is a work in progress. The inside was fine. The room was good and we had a private bathroom. The owner, Matt, is very nice and he made a wonderful breakfast! We enjoyed our short stay.

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this little gem of a bed-and-breakfast on our way back home! The rooms were so eclectic and the house itself has so much character! Matt is an amazing host and a great chef. We highly recommend you stop and check this place out!

Our host Matt has found his true calling in running the inn in this great old home. He offers suggestions for dining around the area. He offers 3 different breakfast serving times. And the breakfasts are homemade and delicious!

There was no toilet paper in one bathroom, the other bathroom had no soap. A prior guest had thrown away left over pizza in both bathrooms snd the garbage had not been emptied. In the middle of the night I used the bathroom and found that the trash had been overturned and the cold pizza was strewn over the floors of both bathrooms. I imagine that someone's dog had gotten into it. I picked up the trash in one of the bathrooms, but when we left the other one had still not been cleaned. This tells me that no one is cleaning or inspecting the shared baths between or during stays. It was not only gross, its a health hazard. Nice family, nice housebut they need to pay more attention to the basics.
