"They upgraded us to Pullman. The room was just wonderful, spacious and clean. The staff at the Breakfast were amazing. I especially liked Deepak. He went extra miles to serve us. We requested some Mangoes and he served us some good mangoes. We were very happy. However, it was very complicated to log into WiFI. I could not access WiFi into my laptop. I then tried to call at the front desk but the intercom was not working. I later mentioned to front desk staff but nobody showed up to fix it. I am also very disappointed that TV was not working well. There were no channel for World Cup football in Five star hotel!"

"Amazing property and an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel offers an impressive range of dining and beverage options, and it continues to uphold the renowned Taj standard of hospitality. Having lived in six countries and traveled to more than 60 countries, staying at many of the world’s finest luxury hotels, I can confidently say that Taj Palace remains one of my favorite hotels globally and my preferred choice whenever I visit Delhi for business or leisure. The warmth, service culture, and attention to detail are truly world-class. My only observation during this stay was that the property seemed noticeably busier than usual, with a large number of visitors coming in for business meetings and spending time in the public areas. While this reflects the hotel’s popularity and reputation, it occasionally made some guest areas feel more crowded than expected. Overall, an outstanding stay and a property I would highly recommend."

"Nice clean hotel with excellent buffet with tasty variety of dishes. Pool and gym are well maintened. However this is NOT a long term stay hotel on a solo business trip. The room assigned was directly below a construction room so it was hard to take an afternoon rest after a night of overseas meetings. Staff starts rudely asking on what the purpose of the trip is and ignoring you on dining occasions. Some even whispered vulgar epithets not knowing I now hindi very well. Thanks was a horrible part of a 5-start hotel. Also, the AC gets turned off occassionally and our room smelt mouldy as well moist."
