Excellent stay at the Pullman Hotel! The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options. The aloo paratha was especially delicious—fresh, flavorful, and one of the highlights of our stay. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at the Pullman again. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at 100s of 5-star hotels over the years, but the hospitality at Pullman Aerocity just stood out. The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive and helpful 24/7. The entire experience, from the airport pickup and seamless check-in to handling all my luggage, was effortless. I was travelling with my dog, which can sometimes make hotel stays a little complicated, but here it was incredibly easy. They were literalg pet-friendly and even had a separate chef-curated menu for dogs, which was such a lovely touch. The food was another highlight. Hotel buffets, even at 5-star properties, can sometimes feel average, but everything I tried here was genuinely good with an incredible variety. The rooms and facilities were squeaky clean and the spa, pool and gym make it just as good for a staycation. It’s also only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. Great hospitality, great food, great facilities and excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Shout out to room cleaning staff. Filled out a survey card on their behalf. Hotel is well run. Coffee shoppe that’s in the lower level should be moved up to main lobby. Excellent coffee/service should be seen not hidden away. Great hotel!

Have to say this is a very high-quality hotel. Room was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom in particular was top-rate. The staff were helpful - a particular mention to the fact that they let us freely use the spa area to take a shower well after checking out, before an overnight flight - this was well above expectation and really appreciated! We ate here also, and enjoyed the food. Overall a great hotel. As a suggestion, if check-in could be accelerated a bit that would be nice (it was a bit slow), but this is a minor thing. If we're in Delhi again needing somewhere near the airport, we'd return here.

The property is great ! Difficult with the internet if you are not an All member the voucher disconnected . Employees make the hotel great and all are dedicated and friendly ! Congratulations to them all !
