Features include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooking. There is a second bathroom and living area downstairs where the kids can sit and watch DVD’s on the flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is available. The large upstairs deck has an outdoor setting & barbecue that provides the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view. Off street parking available. For the cooler months, there is a fire place and gas heating.

Brand new high quality single bed mattresses on each bunk bed.

Better than we expected!
Clean, great view, kids friendly, the inside of house looks better than photos. Good location. One bad thing is linens and towels are not provided. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you so much.

Issues with cleanliness, aged items
The location was great, but issues with the property: - Sat on bench on balcony and it cracked due to rusting - dishes and cutlery dirty - some cooking spoons had food caked on them and dishes also - hair in ensuite shower on wall and on floor corner prior to use - broken light (smashed) sitting on bench on arrival and coat rack falling over when putting hats on it - broken and was 'just' balancing, but not useable - doonas on beds old and didn't seem washed (luckily we brought our own) - not good in COVID times - no wood provided as advertised - had to request it. It was delivered promptly - smoke alarm went off first night every 10 mins for 1.5hrs - had to cut wire to stop it after looking up instructions on the internet. Did not know about emergency number that real estate told us when reporting it at check out and was spoken to irritably by agents about it - cleaning lady parked behind our two larger cars as we were exiting the property and told us to 'go around' her (which was not possible) despite requesting her to allow us a few minutes to exit the driveway - 2 active wasp nests on garage Great location, but does not seem to have been checked over or updated in a while. Concerned for cleanliness in COVID times.

Stunning, Beautiful and well apportioned
Almost every element of the house was brilliant, from the awesome views to the quality teaspoons! The Dyson was a brilliant touch as well as gas heating and the well stocked kitchen (with all requirements for cooking up a storm!). The only fault we could find were the bunk bed mattresses that have probably seen better days. We would love to stay there again! Thank you!

Fabulous
House was very clean, excellent location. Everything was outstanding and would stay here again. Agree with other comments that the bunk beds need mattress toppers or new mattresses, otherwise loved it. Would highly recommend.

It was a great holiday house for a big family with great ocean views!
The house was in very nice condition, it was very well stocked with all the kitchen appliances you need, hand soap and cleaning products etc. the only negatives are it is right on the main road so you hear a lot of traffic noise in the 2 upstairs rooms and there are no gates blocking the backyard from the front yard which isn’t great with young children. Other than that we had a great overall experience!

Beautiful location, lovely house
The location was great view was beautiful. The mattresses could have been upgraded a little. It had everything we needed. Kitchen fully equipped, new bathrooms upstairs were lovely. There could have been more firewood supplied and tools for the fireplace. A TV upstairs would have been a great idea though. Overall we loved it and kids had a great time.
