"The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. "This is a good listing for someone on a business trip. It feels a lot like a leasing office with a bed in it. No closet, no where to put your clothes, no kitchen table just a working desk and chair, no iron or ironing board (which was listed but no where in the listing), the property manager isn’t very responsive. "Excellent hotel with friendly staff in a great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. If asked what type of room you would like, ask for a corner room-gorgeous, spacious, and a great view! The only complaint we had was that there were not enough fruit and cereal options for breakfast. We also would have preferred whole milk options. A few additions to the morning menu would make this even better. Parking took a minute to figure out but once you go in and out of the garage a couple of times it is easy to do. "
