Leader Loft, Cozy and Quaint

  • Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate.

    The Loft shares our building with Jackie’s Kitchen and Bakery, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

    The space
    A perfect juxtaposition of timeless historic charm meeting modern amenities. This is a fully furnished one bedroom loft with radiant heat and AC. King size bed with wrap around upholstered white headboard, gold hammered side tables, refinished original wood floor, exposed original red brick walls and raftered ceiling, electric fireplace, beautiful Dayton, OH hand-crafted Pine Factory living room furniture set, and specialty lighting adorn this timeless loft.

    The Loft is located on the second story above Jackie’s Kitchen and Bakery. Guests must climb a set of stairs. Please see picture attached to the listing.

Perfect and cozy

The property is in a cute historical town above a business walking distance to an ice cream shop and a library. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed and more including laundry, toiletries, full kitchen, and the most comfortable bed & pillows! Perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.

Exceeded my expectations! I loved the amenities and attention to detail! This is a great place that you could book for an overnight or an extended stay! The communication with the owner was fast and easy and they are very accommodating. I definitely plan on staying again!

This a really neat studio apartment above a bakery. The place has great "vibes." The apartment was great for us as a couple. Bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Potential renters should know the property is on the second floor and there is a flight of steps that need to ascended to reach the unit. My one minor complaint would be that the shower is tiny. If you are a larger person, you may have some difficulty showering here. Again, this is minor. The place is great.

The apartment was clean, well outfitted and quite comfortable. Adam is a very responsive host. There is a good bistro a half block away and several interesting shops within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

A really cool little place in what seems like an adorable little town. wish we had more time to look around the town and enjoy it. The studio was lovely, and had so many heartwarming touches that make you feel right at home. I would stay there again, and I am fussy.
