Gigi's Place - Historic Charm with Modern Comfort.

  • Make yourself at home at Gigi’s Place, where vintage charm meets modern comfort in downtown Eaton, Ohio. Built by a doctor about 100 years ago, this private retreat once served as his office and later became our beloved Gigi’s home.

    Start your morning with coffee at the kitchen table, put your feet up in the electric recliner, and settle into a comfortable queen bed after a day of exploring or visiting family.

    Attached to our main home, the apartment has its own exterior entrance and everything you need for an independent stay:

    - A cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, electric recliner, and smart TV
    - A fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a dining table
    - One bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and Amazon Fire TV
    - A bathroom with a step-in shower and grab bars
    - In-unit laundry with detergent and fabric softener provided

    As part of a historic home, occasional footsteps from overhead may be heard despite our efforts to minimize sound.

    Conveniently located near US 127, Interstate 70, and the Preble County Fairgrounds, Gigi’s Place is a welcoming home base for local events, family visits, and the annual Route 40 and US 127 yard sales.

    We live next door in the attached main home, so help is nearby while you enjoy your own space and privacy. Message us through the Vrbo app anytime.

This is an amazing place to stay! We were in the area for parent's weekend at Miami College and this was a perfect location. The little coffee/tea bar was so nice and well stocked! The kitchen was clean and had lots of supplies. Bathroom has lots of towels and other nice touches. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic place with everything you could need for your stay. Host was super friendly and helpful. The place is decorated very thoughtfully and was ideal for the two us and our pets. We only stayed a night while passing through on our way home to Wisconsin from Virginia. However would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.

This is a lovely space and the owner has thought of every little detail. My daughter and I stayed here so we could attend a Women’s Retreat in the local community. Such a clean, cute, and welcoming atmosphere and when I saw the painting of the West Badin Springs hotel on the wall, I felt right at home. Hoosier girl at heart,Nancy P.

Everything was just perfect! It’s an easy drive to Miami University of Ohio for anyone visiting campus. Lindsay is a terrific host and communicated so well with me. She is very hospitable and provided a charming place to stay - super clean, comfortable & cozy!
