Property was very clean and had everything needed. Perfect for 2 but can sleep 4. Good location to walk to Oregon district restaurants. Would stay again.

Great location, easy street parking, easy check in and check out. Just needs a couple things to take it over the top like a shower curtain liner and knobs on the stove.

Cozy place!

Everything was very clean and well kept. Located in the Oregon district, we were close to a lot of restaurants and fun shops to explore. Next time we're in the area we will DEFINITELY try to book this place again!

Perfect getaway

If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating.

Perfect Location

This property was very nice. Everything was updated and fresh. The location was perfect, close to so many neat stores and restaurants. Dayton is a upcoming location and the house is close to the heart of it all.

This place is perfect! Literarily blocks away from the best Dayton has to offer. All the amenities you could want and use to make your stay hassle free. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

It's a very cute one bedroom one bath house. It has a full kitchen with a breakfast table. The futon is nice. My kids really enjoyed the YouTube subscription on the TV. The bathroom is very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Owner is very sweet and responsive. We definitely recommend it.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Dayton.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. My son and I were visiting for a conference in Troy. This apartment was convenient and a great value. We were not able to find any bedding for the futon and it was very light in the room at night, but overall a good stay.

great location

Really nice location and very cute spot. The only thing that was not really mentioned in the description is that this is really more of a studio apartment. While it does have walls for different rooms, none of the rooms (except for the bathroom) close off from one another because the bedroom doesn't have a door and is also open to the living room. So that was a surprise. We still enjoyed our stay but would have like to know this beforehand.

We really enjoyed our stay, and everything was set up well. There was even a patio to sit at in the evening. We walked to a fancy restaurant in the neighborhood and had a fantastic dinner.

Excellent accommodation

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. It is very homely with all the plants and terrariums. The location was great for all we wanted to do and street parking was always easy. Would unhesitatingly stay here again if we plan another visit to Dayton.

We loved the historic neighborhood and the close proximity to restaurants and bars two blocks away. The apartment was filled with comfortable seating and many interesting plants. The courtyard was delightfully cool and quiet. We d certainly stay again!

Perfect place to visit UD

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to see my daughter graduate from University of Dayton, I'm my opinion a lot better than the near by hotels, was easy to go to the Oregon district for meals and local parks were a good place to hang out between events.
