"Pros: Clean, Comfy bed. Cold AC. Blackout curtains. Excellent front desk staff and Room service staff. Cons: Room service food was not great, $27 for a plate of pasta that I regretted ordering. Lemon cream cake also a let down. But will give them that service was quick for ordering during dinner time on a Friday night. Bathrooms need updated. Wall patching unsightly. Stained rug on bedside and near coffee station. For nearly $300 dollars a night I was disappointed. Close proximity to police station, frequent sirens - no fault to hotel but annoying."

"Very clean. Unique decor. Awesome shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love the big fluffy pillows. Could not reach guest services on phone outside of building. Used shuttle to go to zoo, tried 30 minutes to call for pickup but never reached guest services. Please have shuttle drivers provide us with their own number. Had to get an Uber. Very annoying after long hot day. Or hire remote workers to handle phone calls. Also ice machines broken on several floors, and only one microwave in building and it was on main floor. Please put microwave and upkeep ice machines on all floors. Staff that we did speak with were fire and helpful"

"We have a larger family and have always stayed in rentals. The midtown house in Omaha was a perfect fit for our needs. Close to the zoo, museum, downtown, etc. The neighborhood was really quiet, even in a central location, it still felt secluded. The hot tub was in perfect working order and up and running when we got there. Everything was just as described, we didn’t need extra toilet paper, or paper towels. I was able to cook like I would normally at home with the provided utensils and cooking supplies. Hyvee was just down the road and felt very safe and clean. The communication with the owners/company was amazing. They always responded quickly if I had a question or concern. I would book there again. We've never been to Omaha and everyone absolutely loved it and had a great time. There just seemed to be something for everyone!"

"Nice hotel within walking distance of bars, resturants and shopping. Go to breakfast before 9, when we gor there most things were out including the juices, oatmeal, forks, plates. What we did get was good."
