"We had an amazing stay in this luxurious boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!"

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. If it wasn't for the parking situation, they would get five stars. However, guests should be aware that there is a $15 parking fee and there is only a small parking lot behind the hotel. The other two parking lots are adjacent to the hotel and not very far to walk but if it's raining as it was when I visited, that's not terribly convenient."

"This is an amazing historic building with great character. The hotel was located walking distance to Old Market. And the staff was very eager to help and friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and our meals were delicious and service was very good. The only downside was our hotel room was dirty (dusty & signs of mold in the shower). The in-room coffee pot was stinky and needed to be decalcified. And the outdoor plaza area had garbage where a guest obviously didn’t pick up after themselves. When we booked this hotel we it stated that they had a shuttle, but they did not. "

"Cute boutique hotel. Very well positioned to enjoy the old market area. Bar has a bunch of fun games. Reasonably priced."

"Very clean. Unique decor. Awesome shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love the big fluffy pillows. Could not reach guest services on phone outside of building. Used shuttle to go to zoo, tried 30 minutes to call for pickup but never reached guest services. Please have shuttle drivers provide us with their own number. Had to get an Uber. Very annoying after long hot day. Or hire remote workers to handle phone calls. Also ice machines broken on several floors, and only one microwave in building and it was on main floor. Please put microwave and upkeep ice machines on all floors. Staff that we did speak with were fire and helpful"

"Nice hotel within walking distance of bars, resturants and shopping. Go to breakfast before 9, when we gor there most things were out including the juices, oatmeal, forks, plates. What we did get was good."
