I was happy with everything except the room key card. Every time I wanted to enter my room, I had to tap my key card to the door sensor at least 8-10 times before the door unlocked. When the door failed to open on the 10th tap, which happened a few times during my stay, I gave up and approached the reception for help. The reception staff would reconfigure my card, issue another card (neither of which worked), or send the hotel engineering staff to assist. Even the engineering staff did not always get it open on the first tap.
I hope you get the system sorted soon, because it was really annoying and frustrating to have to go up and down every day to get the recep to do something.
