Absolutely amazing.

The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

Loved everything about this relarively new property. The bedroom design and layout are outstanding, featured a sleek, modern decor and pleasant furnishings that instantly make you feel relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of different choices every morning. Location great, easy walk to Jalon Alor, staff pleasant, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel!

We stayed at the Kimpton in late July 2026. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay extra special. Our deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed, with an opulent bathroom, a great rain shower, and quality products.  The pool and gym area were quiet during our stay. We stayed 2 nights at EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was one of the best hotel experiences that we’ve had. The layout of the hotel is well designed with an immaculate interior. This hotel is awesome. The rooms are so big, with great city view and if you are above level 8 you can see the Petronas Tower from your room. The breakfast food is the best we have experienced in a hotel so far. The Staff are so great! The best receptionist was named MAS. She was such a lovely person! We will definitely come back. Great location - easy walk to the Pavilion Mall.

The location of this property could not have been better for dining options, shopping, and transport. All staff were always cheerful and helpful. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I hope to return.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended. We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers. The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious. I didn't fly out until late in the evening. The hotel was very accommodating.

We stay in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was MASSIVE. It was the size of a lot of units in Australia and it also looked spectacular. For the price we paid we could not believe what we received it was unreal value for money. For me I look forward to my coffee every morning and they had a pod coffee machine in the room which did the job. This hotel is probably the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left there was no stone unturned. Ultra Luxurious, extensive facilities and a 24 hour gym... Excellent experience. The breakfast was awesome, probably the best I have experienced. The staff were efficient. Rooms showing there age but very comfortable The location is quite special with the mall and Sentral station KLIA. I would recommend.
