"I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Our breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and was always perfect. The view was breathtaking and never got old. The rooms are beautiful and kept spotless. The staff was so good to us and always made sure we were happy. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Como. So beautiful and peaceful."

They clean our room every two hours amazing service. Every activity you want to do on the lake they organized for you and they are very professional and communicative. "The breakfast was not included in the room price. The fee was 7 Euros each. The eggs were cold. They tasted ok though. There was yogurt available & 3 types of juice and water. Cappacino was also included. There was a bowl of fresh fruit: bananas, apples, oranges and grapes. "

"Albergo Sala was a unique experience in the small village of Valbrona. It was quiet and not much to do but that's what we were looking for. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the food was wonderful. The inn is historic and has been in the family for a few hundred years! As it is off the beaten track it is advisable to have a car as public transport is infrequent and challenging and taxi service is quite expensive. Aside from that it was a great place to stay a few days."
