We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.

This property was very clean and comfortable, with nice Alaska-themed decor. The hosts left some snacks out, which was very helpful since we didn't have time to grocery shop right away. The kitchen was well-stocked in terms of cooking supplies. Hosts were communicative and even let us check in a little early. It was great to stay close to Chugach State Park and not to have a very far drive to Anchorage. Overall a convenient, comfortable, and affordable stay!

Great location!

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! Great central location to Anchorage and Palmer/Wasilla. Apartment was well stocked and the owners were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again. The best deal in town!

Chris has a beautiful property in the middle of wilderness. Chris was very helpful and pre arranged requested grocery for our breakfast for next morning given we were arriving pretty late into the night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was a short one

Awesome stay. Well cared for property. A lot of nice touches. Responsive host. Very Quiet, Clean & Private. Large open space that felt cozy. Close to town but away from everything. Large TV with Netflix which automatically logs you out if you forget. Comfortable bed. Added plus it has a washer/dryer. Would definitely recommend.

This property is in just the right location. About 20 minutes outside of the city and kindof 1/2 way point for our travels. Right on main line. Very quiet, peaceful and serene. Beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean. The host communicated very quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

. . .this dwelling came as advertised and even more! Chris has a gold mine in this cozy, techie property. We were on a tight schedule so we couldn't avail ourselves of all the possibilities, but in the evening we stayed there, we enjoyed Netflix, Roku, etc. with his great TV screen and streaming possibilities. We had to leave early the next morning and missed the goats. . .maybe someday in the future!
