"Check in was smooth with the details we needed. Katrina on the front desk was very friendly and even interacted with my 5 year old. She gave her a kids pack with colouring which I thought was a lovely touch. We were on the 2nd floor in a double queen bed room. The room had lots of space and was very clean and smelt fresh. We used the swimming pool which was perfect for our little girl. It was 8am on a Sunday so not too busy. All facilities at the leisure were good and friendly staff. We...

"A lovely overnight stay at Gateshead. Clean spacious room with a very large (King) bed. Could have done with taking some light shoes or slippers as the floor was not carpeted although this was good for hygiene. Good breakfast with excellent quality sausage and bacon. Eggs were replaced frequently. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed over after a gig at The Glasshouse (5 minutes walk)."
