"素泊まりで利用しました。 部屋にはおやつとドリップコーヒー、お茶パックがあり、窓からの景色も相まってホッと一息つけました。 冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターがサービスで置いてあり、とても美味しいお水でした！ 外出していて２１時半頃慌てて戻りましたが、大浴場が２３時半まで入れるので思ったよりゆっくり入浴できて良かったです。朝は５時半から入浴出来て、温泉を満喫しました。 贅沢な時間を過ごせました、また利用したいです！"

"両親と３人で宿泊 コンフォートだったせいか部屋も広く気持ち良かった 増築のせいで多少館内が迷うけど大きな問題は無し コインランドリーも使いやすかったし室内とはいえ温泉がとても気持ち良かった 朝食もメニューの品数が増えると嬉しいけど金額を考えたら充分な品質 スタッフの方々の対応も気持ち良かった １点だけ、駐車場の出し入れが立体じゃなくてもスタッフの方を呼ぶ必要がありそこは面倒だった でも全体的にレベルの高い施設で満足です"

"出張の際に初めて利用しました。 フロント受付の反対側にアメニティがあることを案内してもらわなかったため、部屋に入ってシャワーを浴びたあとに歯ブラシなど一式が無いことに気づきました。 まだ経験の浅そうなフロントスタッフっぽく、ベテランぽい方が片手間にフォローはしていたが、大変残念でした。 部屋はきれいで清潔に保たれており、喫煙ルームにも関わらず臭いも気にならないところはさすがです。 米子駅周辺はきれいなお店もありますが、基本的には少しさびれた感じがしていて、夜ご飯とかを調べずに出てしまったら失敗するかもしれません。 ビジネスとして利用する分には申し分ないホテルです。 スタッフさんがもう少ししっかりしてくれていれば高評価のホテルです。"
