"The hotel and surrounding area were nice. It was very clean, room was comfortable and I enjoyed the shower. My only complaint would be the road outside the hotel … very loud and you could hear it all night long. "

"The room was alright, definitely not worth the $258 I paid, for a king size room, the bathroom was small, the water pressure was poor, the bed was okay, a bit more springy then I would like, the ac unit worked alright, but barely could adjust the temp, honestly kicked the blankets off since it was still warm in the room. This place doesn't take any outside kind of payments, so if you choose to pay through Expedia they wont accept it, you'll have to pay in person. Also if you have chime, they wont accept it. Overall this hotel is okay, if I needed a place to stay for A NIGHT, it would be okay, not happy about the price whatsoever, but it was a place to stay at least."

"Clean room and nice staff but no amenities ie: ice, adequate room lamps and plugs AND HOT WATER! Temperature was good enough to drink out of the faucet at 95 degrees, far short of heath code of 120 degrees!!"

"Breakfast wasnt stocked very well, 1st come 1st serve and when its gone its gone it felt like. It didnt taste good either. Sheets were strained, and the bathroom is super tiny, no counter space. Beds were decent besides the sheets. Showers had awful water pressure. Staff was polite and courteous. The seal on the mini fridge was bad, so anything we tried to keep cold, didnt stay very cold. Parking is a nightmare, due to limited space, and tight turns and oddly placed parking spots."

"We just slept here after a concert and it was good for that! The room is spacious and actually very clean except the shower/tub, we didn’t really plan to use it anyway but good we didn’t cause it does have black mold in a lot of the crevices, and it’s pretty noticeable, we had two beds and one was hard as a rock the other was amazing so me and my daughter slept on the good one lol it’s right off the highway so in a good area, I would probably stay again if just to sleep again. The staff were helpful but very dry and very monotone "

"We arrived in the evening to find our room humid, stale, and without any air circulation. The air conditioner was off, and it would not turn on when we attempted to use it. When we contacted the front desk, we were instructed to troubleshoot the unit ourselves by unplugging and reconnecting it. We were also informed that maintenance was not on site and that a ticket would need to be submitted. Maintenance did arrive approximately 15 minutes later and identified the issue as a switch that had been turned off. After they restored it, the air conditioner functioned for roughly 45 minutes before failing again and blowing warm air. When I requested to be moved to another room, I was told the hotel was fully booked. We selected the Sleep Inn for a simple overnight stay before our early morning flight on Saturday, May 16. Instead, we spent the night in an uncomfortably hot room and were unable to rest before a required 3 AM wake‑up for travel. The conditions were unacceptable and did not reflect the value of the rate paid. At that point, sleeping in my car would have offered more comfort than the room provided."
