"After making a reservation about two weeks in advance, we get there late in the evening to find out they do not have a room available that we reserved. Then, we reluctantly agreed to another room and the smoke smell was so strong. We went to the desk to ask for another room and were told they did not have any other rooms. We had to go to another establishment and find a room. Don’t waste your time. "

"We loved our stay at Fair Oaks! Very clean, breakfast was wonderful, our room was spacious and had plenty of supplies. The only thing we don’t love was the lack of house keeping. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned during our stay."

"We were in the area for the state swim meet in St. John and decided to get a house instead of a hotel room. We are so glad we did. This property was perfect. Lots of space, newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, and several lakeview balconies. The sunrise over the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Lots of restaurants and things to do within 15 minutes. Highly recommend. "

"Exterior of building is dated... It's next to a truck stop. Lobby and hallways and breakfast room are clean and bright. Our king bed room was wonderful with new plank flooring and a spa tub and hide a bed couch and good lighting. Combo tub/shower also. Don't let the old fashioned Super 8 sign put you off. We would definitely stay here again unless we wanted a place with a pool."

"Shower would never get hot even when turned all the way up. And at 530a.m there was a fire alarm and the hitel fought to give a refund that i still have not seen 15 days later"
