"Parking was well lit when I arrived at midnight. Night front desk attendant was pleasant. Room was clean. No cups or bar soap in bathroom. Bed was clean and comfortable. Good value gf or the cost. "

"Overall the stay was okay but not great. Check in is around 3/4pm. We showed up at 8pm and they said they didn’t have the room we booked. After some pushback we were told they did, but it wasn’t cleaned yet. They asked us to wait 5 min for the crew to clean. About 20 min later it was ready. But we noticed hair in the bathtub and stains on the pillowcases. Breakfast was decent. Pool (indoor) was so icy cold my daughter couldn’t swim in it - and she usually won’t say no to any pool anywhere. Remote in room wasn’t working either but they did replace it quickly. FYI - if Hotels.com says you have to pay for breakfast here: don’t! It is included but Hotels.com lied and said if wasn’t, so I paid extra for it. Management couldn’t help since I booked through Hotels.com so I called them and was given the run around for 25 min only to be hung up on. They “called back” long enough for the phone to ring one time (I was holding it when they called) and they hung up again. I immediately received an email saying they had “tried every possible way to contact me”. Yeah, no they didn’t. Total scam on the part of Hotels.com and has made this loyal customer never want to use them again. "

"The first night was good, and I will say the condition of the rooms I know. They're renovating, they're very poor but it was clean, it just was a run down room and hotel. I got a late checkout and housekeeping came banging on my door at nine thirty in the morning and all night.The second night there was someone above me and it was super loud.I don't know what they were doing, but it kept me in my son up all night.I complained twice, and they didn't really have anything to say about it.They just said okay. I've never had an experience like that at any hotel.So I just chopped it up to it being an old hotel and being able to hear everything.But it had good reviews.So that's why we stayed there. "

"We had plenty of parking & the room was very clean. All the staff were very nice & friendly. I would say the only dislike would be the mattress was a little to hard for pur liking but that is a personal preference & does no reflect on how pleasurable the hotel was to stay at. Thank you. "

"Room dirty and carpeting disgusting. Stinks and smells like they tried to cover smell with carpet powder. Lady checking us in was very rude and was fussing and yelling at her stepson the whole time. Room wasn’t ready at 3:00 like promised. Shower didn’t work properly. "
