"The power was out in our room both days. The phone did not work and they were aware but did not tell us upon arrival, so we had to go down to the front desk both days to get the power restored to the room."

"Host was on the phone the whole time in checkin. This is rude. He apologized that he must be on the call. Make your priority your customer, not visiting with family on the phone. When he left, he was still on the phone call. The lotion was empty. Too late for me to use. The remote did not work. The room AC had not been turned on and the room was stuffy with whatever scent it had with moisture. I would suggest better preparation and customer service."
