"I can confidently say it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. I found this place online while searching for budget-friendly options, aiming to spend under $100, but I regrettably chose the wrong spot. First and foremost, I accidentally booked a smoking room—at least that’s what the manager informed me at check-in. The room itself was old and It felt like no one had bothered to update for ages, and the state of disrepair was appalling. To make matters worse, the toilet didn’t even work properly. I only needed a place to crash for a short period, but this hotel made my stay far from comfortable. If you're considering staying here, I recommend being extremely cautious. Save yourself the trouble and either spend a little more or look for a different hotel. If you’re on a very tight budget I get it. But don’t stay past one day. "

"As a Casino resort, the non-smoking room was clean; however, daily cleaning had to be requested. When checking in, we were informed that daily cleaning of our room is not provided, unless requested. It was the smoking odor in the entrance lobby area that kept me from giving an excellent rating. "

The staff was very responsive in not only locating it for me, but forwarding it to me in Colorado the next day. They truly exceeded my expectations."
