"Any of the staff I encountered were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was always ready and the area it was served in was clean and well attended to. If you're looking for somewhere close to Peterson, right next to main roads, and at a good rate, this is a good choice."

"My AC broke and had the room at 65°. They didn’t have any maintenance person because it was 3 AM so all they could do is move me to another room. I’m disabled and so I had a lot of equipment that I needed to unplug and remove and so took me over an hour to get to new room. I should be reimbursed for a day of my day because to deal with 65° room and try to cope with it and then to be moved at 3 AM and have to set up all my equipment again is not fair to me and I got no sleep. The whole purpose of staying at a hotel is to get sleep."
