"The whole experience was horrible the rooms were dirty the bedding was dirty and stained the showers have hair in them there was dead bugs in the window seals the fridge was dirty had food spilled all over it there was the ac didn’t work there was dirty towels left in the closet the pool and hot tube had floating bugs in them the whole experience was bad"

"My AC broke and had the room at 65°. They didn’t have any maintenance person because it was 3 AM so all they could do is move me to another room. I’m disabled and so I had a lot of equipment that I needed to unplug and remove and so took me over an hour to get to new room. I should be reimbursed for a day of my day because to deal with 65° room and try to cope with it and then to be moved at 3 AM and have to set up all my equipment again is not fair to me and I got no sleep. The whole purpose of staying at a hotel is to get sleep."
