Room was in good condition; staff was friendly and helpful. It was a smooth check in process as well as checkout. I had left my ring in my room while checking out and I called the same day to see if they were able to find it, housekeeping was able to locate it and release it back to me that same day, super grateful for them finding it.

❗️❗️❗️Do not stay with a family!!! Fine for people who are not concerned about feeling safe❗️❗️❗️Room walls were dirty, black mold on the outside of shower door, mattress cover was stained, but bed was comfortable. I was terrified when a female knocked on the door and would not leave kept calling office, no answer, she left and came back with a male we told them they had the wrong room and still kept knocking, I called the office again no answer. When we told them the next day, they said they have people who hang out and may be drunk and using drugs, (there is a Liquor Store in the property) but he’ll ask an employee to keep an eye out. I slept 2 hours, anxiety was so bad had such a hard time staying awake at Disney and had to cut my visit short, it was just a hard day with little sleep. They do not charge a deposit, or parking fee, but there is a resort fee….it is close to DL / CA

Easy convenient location near Disneyland it was a "you get what you pay for" type of place. Other things that aren't noted is that loud pipes from other hotel rooms shower will be waking you up, very thin walls.

Second year in a row I stayed here beds are amazing staff is excellent. They leave snacks and NA beer for you in the room.. best shower I have ever taken!! I will stay here every year I come!!

Good place for our Disney trip. We will stay again. Staff was great and cleaned daily on request just by putting up the door sign. Stayed in the bunk bed room the kids loved it. Only 15min walk or 2 bus stops away from Disney. Bus stop Is right in front at $2 a ride. It was awsome! Kudos to the staff who fixed up the kids plushies when they made the bed and the snacks they left. Thank you!!
