"Was amazing "

"They do not have fully functional generators, if there is an emergency there will be no electricity. Not to mention the staff is inattentive at times I was on the phone waiting for them to pick up for several minutes, then headed down to ask because they didn't answer the phone, I asked them for assistance only to have to call them again almost an hr later to actually get the help. Oh and be warned about the hot water it goes from Luke warm to scalding hot. "

"The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She is definitely a huge asset to this hotel!! "

"The heating in the room was very loud and kept blowing hot and at time cold air. We didn't sleep at all."

"This establishment is very old and not maintained well. The pool room smells strongly of mold, the carpets throughout are old and dirty. The main building doors do not lock and the room doors do not lock appropriately. The room was not clean, the hallways smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. People are actively smoking throughout the building hallways, some staff. It is obvious that this establishment is poorly managed. Photos and recordings were sent to corporate, I ended my stay 1 day in related to safety issues, poor services (WiFi) and the corporate team did refund and support concerns."
