Basic hotel close to spac.

Good place to stay when attending a concert at SPAC. Close by atca fraction of the cost of other hotels in the area.

I enjoyed my 2-night stay at The Robin Hood Motel. The room was clean, the shower water pressure was excellent, the manager was friendly and helpful. My room was in the back with a wooded area across the parking lot which was a very pleasant view. I would stay here again.

Staff was very nice. It's the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. It's smoking free and people do smoke out side. There are little shops around the area that are in walking distances.

Friendly and attentive management. Nice no-frills continental breakfast. Motel is close to Ballston Spa restaurants that are less expensive and easier to get seating than their Saratoga counterparts. Rooms, especially the bathroom and toilet area, are just too small, though.

Too expensive for the Quality

The room was acceptable, clean, but not updated. Beds were not comfortable. This would be consistent with the type & quality of such a motel; however the prices were inflated for the holiday weekend, making the deficits less acceptable

WET DOG

upon arrival the host was very sweet and pleasant. The room smelled of wet dog, mixed with cleaning products to hide the wet dog smell, and was given a bottle to spray the room, we had to leave the small window and door to the room open for our entire overnight stay. the host told us there were no other rooms available. The surrounding areas were pretty full also due to the Battenkill Race which we were a part of. Our room SHOULD NEVER have been rented out. We were extremely unsatisfied

The room could have used a better cleaning (especially the bathroom) and the bathroom sink did not drain but filled with water when we tried to use it. Also, there was coffee service in the office but only powered creamer which I haven’t seen in about 20 years .

King, the owner, is a great host. It is rustic accommodations, but all guests have been there before, and are friendly. Great location. Close to all types of dining, Saratoga, and Springs, and race track. We will be back for sure. Not for fancy folk.

opened the door and immediately needed to get a towel from the bathroom to swat at the flying bugs that were on the walls and ceiling. bathroom shower floor had black mold & a giant spider on the wall. the room smelled musty and moldy. left immediately and found another place to stay.
