lovely and plenty of beds freely available. What lets it down is the area. It’s almost abandoned with 80% of local ‘shopping centre’ shops closed or empty units. Lots of villas and apartments have been built and most just left abandoned. Unless you hire a scooter or use a taxi/grab to go into town, you’ll see nothing g of the atmosphere of Phu Quoc.
