We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our kids loved the pool area and breakfast. The room is a bit small though for a family of four and there are few plugs and storage space. Nevertheless a very positive experience.

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from Malaysia really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Hotel Phu Quoc. As Muslim travellers, halal food is one of our main concerns when travelling. We were happy that the hotel provides several halal food options, which made our stay more convenient. The swimming pool is also very spacious, and our children really enjoyed it. We added one extra bed in the room, so the room became a little smaller, but it was still comfortable enough and not a big issue for us. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable place to stay in Phu Quoc.

This property was no better than a backpackers hostel. The rooms tiny, bed rock hard and all inclusive not so inclusive. The all inclusive menu consisted of 3 cocktails and basic juice. I tried to get dood at 5.30pm and none was available until 6pm. What kind of all inclusive doesnt include all day dining. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

We had level 2 room and there was a squealing or chirping sound all night and I couldn’t sleep. I asked the front desk to have someone please see what it was. The front desk said they will have security come to my room to see what the sound was. Nobody came for a hour. I took matters into my own hands and open the balcony. It seem like it was a sound coming from a tree on the hotel land. I investigated and threw a water bottle into the tree and the sound stopped for 30 minutes. After I told the front desk there is an animal in the tree and maybe they can scare it away but they did nothing. I would have to go outside throw a water bottle every hour to scare the animal so that my family can sleep. Poor response from the hotel and help

Das Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber geputzt. Personal und Service schnell und zuverlässig. Frühstück war lecker und viel von allem. In der Mitte der Stadt, und trotzdem nicht weit zum Strand und Beach Club. Nur der Reise Veranstalter hat die Reise kaputtgemacht. Ich buche nicht mehr bei Exped*a.

客室も広く、滞在しやすい空間でした。プールも目の前で子どもを安心して遊ばせることができ、本当に良かったです。グランドワールドにも歩いていくことができ、食事やマッサージ、買い物にも困りません。ホテルの前にはコンビニもあり、滞在中何度も利用しました。グランドワールド内には両替、ランドリーなどなんでもありました。欲しいものがすぐに手に入るよいホテルでした。また行きたいです。
