"Solo traveler. I arrived super early planning on leaving my luggage, and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in a room right away. They were very close to the tram so I was able to easily commute back into the city center. I ate breakfast there one day and it was a nice buffet of some American and Italian offerings. Had dinner there my final night, which was perfect. Room was clean, AC cold and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!"

"Big and clean room. Changing towels and bed sheets everyday. We can hear the train passing by, but it's just ok. Overall it's a good place to stay. Breakfast is just ok. As well as the location very close to terminal."

"This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I love it. I was facing the plaza this time and the lady that sings until 1-2 am was off key and kept me up. Someone needs to cut the singers off at midnight. But the hotel is wonderful."

"This place exceeded our expectations!! Wow what a truly beautiful hotel. The main part was gorgeous, just spectacular. The breakfast - amazing. We felt like royalty. We stayed in an annex apartment for more space for our family and WOW that was incredible. We even had a little balcony. It was beautiful and the bathrooms were incredible, the amenities were great. Gorgeous."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was wonderful to us! They took our luggage to the room upon arrival and shuttled us to town. The grounds are beautiful. Next time we would stay longer! We hired a taxi and went to a small winery that was a great experience. St Agnes’s farm. You need a reservation. Fantastic wines!!"
