"Close to restaurants and train. Room a good size. Breakfast was abysmal no room service, tea and coffee only available 2 floors down. Elevator was truly scary, dropped every time you got in it. Had problems with toilet not attached to floor, bathroom door handle fell off and mosquitoes in bathroom, but they did fix all the problems very quickly. The shower was in the bath which was very narrow and the shower head was on side with bath taps below it which made it difficult to shower. Beds were very narrow. The staff were friendly and very helpful."

"The best hotel selection we had while in Italy. Let's start off with the location.. just 200 meters from the train station, 4 minutes walking to the Duomo. Amazing shopping the square and of course restaurants. The staff was amazing from the time we checked in to the time we left. The room was big and spacious and the whole time it felt very luxurious. I would highly recommend it over and over."
