★ Be mindful of guests staying in the other studios. No noise after 10pm please.
★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property (separate to your agreement with Airbnb). A little gem in the Scottish Borders. Beautifully decorated and finished with modern fixtures and fittings. Everything I could have asked for in a studio apartment. I loved my stay and hope to return soon.
