"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."

"Room was big and it seems like a good location. The window latch was broken in my room when I arrived. I didn't think too much of it, but wind picked up overnight and window kept banging."

"It was a nice clean room with a very nice bathroom. However it was the size of a closet and the lack of a window was not the best but we kind of knew it was just for a short stay so it fit the bill. Everything was very modern and clean so it was a pretty nice stay for our needs. No complaints and the location was very convenient"

"The hotel is located well and I would stay here again if I needed to but would probably choose to try another hotel next time I’m in Edinburgh. The room was serviceable, quite small with little storage and the view was a fire exit stairs ( we spend most of our time out and about so not a massive issue ). My partner felt let down that the cleaning staff came to make up the room late in the afternoon after we had been out all day and we were about to start to get ready for a dinner reservation. Getting seated and served in the bar was initially easy but depending on the staff it was sometimes hard to order another round or get the bill."
