"I really loved this hotel. It’s modern inside and perfectly located in the center of Funchal. The place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the shower was excellent. For one person, the room size was just right, but if you’re traveling with someone else, you’ll definitely want a larger room. The only drawback was parking. You have to use a parkade about 5–10 minutes down the road at €20 a night, which can be a bit of a hassle. There’s nowhere to pull up in front of the hotel without blocking the road, so carrying luggage across cobblestone sidewalks isn’t the easiest. I had to haul mine most of the way. That said, I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. While you’re in Funchal, I suggest grabbing sushi at Yuki and checking out Brasa for a fire-cooked meal. Don’t miss out on a Poncha while you’re there. "

"Wonderful location, you jump into the pool then jump into the ocean. Great bar/restaurant near the pool and a very large breakfast offered. Service was very good, and we will definitely come back. One thing to note. Laundry facilities is not offered even though listed. They have a laundry service for a high fee."
