"Great location for anyone attending an event at ExCeL London—super easy to reach from the airport on the Elizabeth Line and just steps from Custom House station. The lobby and restaurant are modern and nicely renovated, and the food was good. The rooms are also quite spacious and comfortable. However, there’s room for improvement. Some furniture, like the sofa and cushions, felt a bit worn. I stayed in an accessible room and found the shower uncomfortable, and the bathroom could use a deeper clean."
