My mom and I really liked the bathhouse. There's also free coffee at the lobby. The rooms are clean and spacious

A popular hotel conveniently located 3 mins walk from Kushida station and 10 mins from hakata station. The rooms were of decent size, beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was of a good size too with shower and toilet separated.

The hotel is at a convenient location with shopping centres within walking distance, Good staff service at reception and room size is adequate. However, the condition inside room looks old and needs renovation.

Husband lost his cell phone on Shinkansen and hotel staff is super helpful to call JR to retrieve the phone and liaise on delivery arrangements. I stayed at the corner suite room and it is amazing! Hugh room with onsen in room. Comfy mattress a bonus. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
