"Room was clean and the location is prime for Shibuya. I never made it to the restaurant. I booked with the impression there was a bar but I never found it, but there is plenty of night life close by. I thought it was a nice place to stay and the staff was amazing. "

"The shuttle was easy to find, across the street. It was sad that the balcony was closed, and we could not get out to really get close to Godzilla."

"Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."

"The hotel is huge so you have to walk a distance to your room or to breakfast . Good location in that it is at the airport if your flight arrives late in the evening or earlier morning. The room is generally OK. The breakfast area was difficult to find. The breakfast is very average. You will not miss breakfast at all if your decide not to have it free or payable. "

"Rooms are clean and staff are great in attending to inquiries. Laundry area is not the greatest as it seemed the dryers aren’t able to uphold to the multiple loads so clothes were in the dryer for a long time, including small loads breakfast buffet was good, as we went there multiple times during our stay. "The room was spacious and clean.I didn’t try the bar and lounge so I couldn’t say. It’s near the shinagawa station so you’ll always have access to yamanote line and the Shinkansen trains. Also the cherry blossoms are within access to the courtyard. One word of warning is that as of this review, they’re doing construction until September 2026 so some walkways on the way to the hotel are narrow. Other than that it’s my go-to hotel."
