"Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We really appreciated the staff and their service while we were there. I highly recommend this stay!"

"This is an old Japanese home that was remodeled. It is spacious, clean, and overall my family enjoyed the stay. We also ordered dinner, which was a mix of meat, fish and vegetables we grilled over hot coals in a hearth in the living room; it was delicious and fun to cook. Having said that, there were a couple things that could be improved: 1. "The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not explained anywhere on the website, and we finally had to opt for a taxi (which was still difficult to get). There was actually a shuttle bus running for easy access, but we had no way to know that. I would recommend this hotel. "
