"The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. We were very impressed by how quickly the management team responded to a few maintenance issues. We really enjoyed the abundant wildlife on the island. TV access to local channels would be a real enhancement via Direct TV or Dish. "

"The fire pit was awesome! Thank you for providing wood. Small kitchen but well stocked. Not a lot of pantry storage but we made it work. Beautiful home! My grandsons loved the deer!!"

"Accommodations were clean and as expected from information. Hosts were great. The only thing I would add is a small bar of soap in the showers would be a nice touch as shopping is limited on the island and if you arrive after store hours and didn't pack soap, you'd be disappointed. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home/condo very much and would not hesitate to reserve again."

"This was just as expected! Super convenient for the Pledge the Pink Walk. The house was gorgeous. My teenage boys loved the wildlife. We had several deer frequent the back screened in porch area. They loved it so much, we are planning our next family vacay to Fripp. Thank you for having us as your guest! You have a beautiful home and we greatly appreciate the stay! "
